第４章～１９～苺のペンダント

So-net blog:さよならベリーズ！うつろいゆく季節の中で
だけど舞波ちゃんはケーキの上に乗っているイチゴに、まだ手をつけていなかった・・・。

「苺・・・食べないの？」

僕は何気に聞いてみた。

「ふふ。好きなものは一番最後にとっておくの。」

そういえば夏祭りのときも、舞波ちゃんは苺柄の浴衣を着ていたっけ・・・。

「ふーん。やっぱ舞波ちゃんって苺が好きなんだね！」

「うん！大好き！」

そう言って笑う舞波ちゃん。

「そういえば、その胸のペンダントもイチゴだよね？」

「うん！お母さんにもらったんだ。」

「お母さんに？」

「うん。幸運のお守りだって！小学３年生の誕生日のときにもらったの。」

「へえ。じゃあ大事なペンダントなんだね？」

「うん！」

そう言って舞波ちゃんは苺のペンダントを手に持って微笑んだ・・・。

雅人：この物語の主人公。性格は内気で、妄想癖がある。
　　　　中学に入ってマンガばかり描いていたので近眼になりメガネをかけている。
　　　　学校が終わるとすぐ帰ってしまう、いわゆる帰宅部。
　　　　特にこれといった特徴もない普通？の男子中学生。
　　　　小学校から同じクラスだったモモコに片想いをしている・・・。

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　雅人のクラスメート。１３歳。負けず嫌いで頑張り屋。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　明るくて無邪気な振る舞いが、時として主人公の雅人を翻弄する。

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　素朴な容姿、天然ボケと舌足らずな喋り方で実年齢より

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　本人は子供っぽく見られることを気にしているのだが・・・。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　同じ学年でも、大人っぽく見られる「雅」に憧れている。

                                             誰もが振り返るほどの美少女。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　おっとりしていてマイペース。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　主人公をからかって遊ぶ。

                                          中学１年生。その風貌から、大人っぽく見られやすい。

                                                            困っている人を見ると、放っておけない。

　まこと：小学生の頃からの雅人の親友。お調子もので雅人とは正反対の性格。
　　　　　小学生の頃から始めたドラムの才能がある。
